gf lives at the Bridges on Kinsey. REAL nice place. She has a one bedroom for less than 800. I do not mind staying there at all when I'm in town.

One of the funniest threads I've stumbled across.

When I move back to TYler I'm gonna open a liquor store, Hooters (for the Baptist) and a strip club, all on the square.

Iceman, I don't think you and me are on the same page as far as the business plan.

Asian masseuses from Chinese buffets = parlor, tekoki, "so hoorny", and manual release.

There's a ton of commercial property on Broadway south of 323. A two room office is all that's needed.

It'll be a smash hit.
