Those younger than c/o 2007 probably don't have a frame of reference for what going out was like before the smoking ordinance was in effect. You'd go to a bar and the ceiling stained brown and was obscured by a dense cloud. The next day, your clothes would reek of cig smoke even if you were only out a short time and didn't take a drag. It's a different world.
