I often park to the right of these signs downtown for Astros games (after 6p). I've never been towed, but I'm curious if I'm interpreting them correctly.
Top left sign: cannot park to the left, that's obvious.
Top right sign: cannot park to the right 6-8AM or 3-6PM, MON-FRI. Any other time, you can park.
Bottom sign: Commercial Vehicle Zone to the right. Non-commercial vehicles cannot park.
I take this to mean, non-commercial vehicles cannot park 6-8AM or 3-6PM, MON-FR, but commercial vehicles can. Outside of those times, anybody can park.
But it could also mean, non-commercial vehicles cannot park anytime. Commercial vehicles can, but only outside of 6-8AM or 3-6PM, MON-FR.
