During the ice storms in the late 80s we would use a boogie board to sled down "hills". You definitely did not want to wipe out feet first lest your shirt got pulled up and icy grass would tear up your top half!

I have two sleds that I use all the time. I primarily use them for hunting, but they are useful for garden work and other work around the house.

My final prediction looking at this Low right now….
Top snow winner: 7 inches (if I had to guess it will be SW to NE across Brazoria, Harris, Liberty somewhere).
Most will see 1-2 inches south of Hwy 105. Some will be disappointed in a dusting m, but that's how these things go.
About 25% of the area below 105 will see 3-5 from banding.
I hope everyone gets what they want (or not), and it's been fun following this with yall. If I see another one that looks promising, I will pop back in. I'm not a Houstonian but my home office is there, so I am there frequently, when not traveling.
Hopefully, my boys can see 2 inches out here, but it will be a tight gradient out this way.

At this point, it's hard to nail down where the deformation bands set up.
I'd feel confident in an inch, maybe 2 there. If a band sets up farther north, you would see that 3-5.
Watch the radar tonight. Where those bands are is where the snow winners will be.

Hwy 105 in the MoCo and Grimes area over to Liberty.
I'm not referring to your area. I'd also watch for some surprise snow showers north with frontogenesis. Maybe someone as far north as Fairfield and Palestine

I feel like I could jerry rig a sled out of something, where I'm having trouble is thinking of a spot walking distance from my house that has any slope whatsoever. I guess I could go try the fairways at the Longwood Golf Club.
