I guess this is an unpopular opinion...but I don't see anything to criticize there. I don't like her or her policies, but she was a member of congress for approximately 82 years until her dying breath ..stopping in to pay respects is literally the least he could do.

likely, her burial date was coordinated with when he could do just that.
