Our company weather guy hinted at the same, basically saying the blob near TX now will get pushed south with the front and then double back not necessarily as a tropical storm or hurricane but bring a bunch of rain

The SCW guys are on the cheniere payroll for the terminal in Sabine. They provide them with wx forecasts for getting their ships in. That terminal is also a big part of why the pilots started using helicopters.
