Her and the old softball mayor were announced at a UH football game several years back and they were ruthlessly booed. Bad enough that I almost felt sorry for her. And the 1st row ticket holders at Fertitta Center all have F* money. She's a complete nobody around there.

She wants first row because people on the first row get on camera. It's the only reason. Same reason she showed up 8 hours early for one of Barack's state of the union speeches. So she could be on camera by the door when he walked in.

Why would they? Unless she was there to present something, there is no reason to do a special introduction just because a US house rep in in attendance. The only time I've seen a special introduction is when the governor is at an A&M game, or a president/former president is in attendance with the exception of 41 being an Astros season ticket holder.
