The City should focus its efforts where it will actually improve safety (i.e. reducing the 85th percentile speed on Shepherd and making the crossing at Nicholson safer), but COH doesn't give a **** what anyone thinks, anyway.
Pet projects are a huge part of progressive city planning. You're only complaining because it is directly affecting you.
Until we stop voting for "progressive city planning," we can expect more of these pet project threads in the future,
