Older people like to go on group tours. Because of the unstable political climate in Egypt in recent years, some of the major companies suspended tours. They only started offering them again in maybe the last year or so. There were probably a lot of people who had been waiting for that to happen.

If you don't want to be exposed to CV19 best advice at this point is avoid all hospitals, urgent care clinics, etc.

A big problem will be if schools close. Lots of people can work from home. A lot fewer can work effectively with a couple of elementary school kids home and bored out of their skulls. For me that's a 50% productivity cut.

All hospitals are starting to have visitor restrictions. The more unnecessary people that comes through the doors, the higher the chance that immuno-compromised patients are exposed to COVID.
