I would like to see more severe punishment and increased investigation/prosecution of graffiti perps.
The story isn't that [DeSantis] "couldn't win" the primary. The story is that an overwhelming majority of our population is heinously stupid. 50% of them vote for communists. 75% of the remaining 50% vote for Trump, who cant win. I see at least 6-8 "Rowdy" on my way to work every morning.
Saw a new one this morning on 45 south just passed downtown on the back of a northbound sign. Makes you wonder how the hell they get up there.

I suspect that Rowdy is not an individual but a group based on the volume of tags and different styles.
The quality varies greatly from tag to tag and if you have seen any of the two tone tags on the freeway it's pretty clear that a minimum of two people were involved.
If I had to guess, my money would be on some affluent kids from the Heights area. I see a lot of graffiti on the White Oak running trail and the Rowdy tags are getting progressively bigger and better.
