Yep. Doing some minor home improvements - banged it on a glass table and initially was more worried about the table. 30 minutes later I went to check the time and found it like this. Found the bezel on the floor.

To my eye nothing looks too bad, but it didn't just pop back on. Going to take it by David Gardner tomorrow.

My speedmaster I've had on order for a while has just come in. Really dig the yellow lume, the honey comb design on the dial and the new -0/+2 movement they have in this bad boy with some kind of unholy stabilizer wheel they invented made out of unobtanium.

I also like the fact that it's 44.25 as speed master's wear a little small due to the truncated lugs.

I should get it in on Monday and will post a review

Looking for thoughts on a "weekend watch".

Want something that will look good with either silver band or something like oysterflex. Preferably something that can change between the two easily. For wearing with athletic clothes at kids sporting events etc.

Currently have a two tone date just that i wear to work.

Leaning towards speedmaster but also would be ok with Tudor or zenith.

Budget $3K to $6K. New or gently used.

Second the Pelagos.

When I bought my Speedmaster I was excited about changing the bracelet out for different straps until I tried to remove the bracelet. It can be a very frustrating experience. I wish more watch makers would adopt a quick release bracelet. It's one of the things that I really like about my Longines Zulu Time.
