Okay I'll step up to be the contrarian and say I do not like smooth bezel Datejust.

It's like a Snickers without nougat or boobs without nipples. You're taking away what makes it exciting.

I mean... except for the jubilee bracelet and cyclops. Even at a glance, I don't think anyone that knows Rolex would mistake it for an OP.

However, I will cede that the jubilee/fluted is always immediately recognizable as a DJ.
