Good meet up with FTAC2011 this afternoon. I wish they would have initially released in this size, because I would have bought one of these last year instead of the Baltic.
This one is on my watchlist. I've heard reviewers say the finishing is significantly above what you would expect for the price. What do you think?
My only complaint so far is the lack of a quickset date function. Overall I think it's very well done.
Interesting, is the date tied to the independent hour hand?

Yes. It's not that big of a deal, but I missed the date twice when I went to set it for the first time, so I had to go through 1,500 clicks to get it to where it needed to be.

Second complaint is that the bracelet pins must be set with JB Weld. I've bent three tools trying to push them out.

Honestly may just go with a G-Shock. The caveat to my request is that I want either an independent GMT hand or a Chrono that measures hours. I realize that's specific and also usually requires a higher price than I'm thinking here.
