We throw around these terms loosely. It's an everyday versatile piece. But it uses the same movement & same steel as a sub. its waterproof for 300 meters. It's not designed for a specific purpose (dive, chrono, etc) but it's clearly designed to be somewhat rugged compared to dress watches.

Yeah I'm not sure what he's going for there either - the weave of this fabric definitely has it as one of my coolest wearing suits. The chalk stripe puts it on the more formal end for sure, but this light grey suit is extremely versatile.

Just found this thread, fun read so far.
At around 10 years old I was with my dad as he was looking at watches and I fell in love with a Roman numeral blue dial Rolex. 45 years later I finally pulled the trigger.
If I recall correctly the one back then had a darker blue dial but the azzurro blue still fits the bill. Brought back some great memories when I put it on.

I'm typically not a Sinn fan but I do like the looks of that chronograph (as chronos go...).
IIRC, Sinn has a license to produce a Breitling Navitimer "clone". Is that first watch one of those?
