I'm in OKC on business and went and visited the local Rolex AD. They had zero Rolexes available but they were super cool; and they did have one of the new Tudor Pepsi Opaline GMT's in stock so I bought it
Which dealer? I spend tons of time in OKC, and I'm looking for my next watch.
BC Clark, really nice place. They have Longines, Rolex, Tudor, and Tag Heuer for watches along with David Yurman and some other jewelry brands.
Clay Wise was my salesman, really good guy.
I drive up from Dallas to go to BC Clark, great people there. Elisabeth Allen is wonderful.
I tell you this, half of the reason I bought the watch was because of the salesman. Every time I travel I try to go to one of the Rolex AD's in the city I'm in. Many a time I have been given the cold shoulder because they have nothing to sell and a list a mile long for anything that comes in.
My salesman spent about 20 minutes with me after knowing I wouldn't be buying a watch talking about rolex and watches in general. I had an employee with me and he let him try on all the display models and talk about how they evolved and the original purpose behind them.
When I was going to leave I saw an opaline Pepsi Tudor in the display case and asked to see it. It gorgeous and as it was only 4300 I bought it.
