I just called the galleria and he told me they would have them on the 26th and he expected a line. FCFS. Thats all he knew. Didn't know how many they would get. Its very tempting.

As far as history, quality and movement Omega matches up every bit with Rolex, but the difference between the two seems to be Rolex's relentless focus on protecting and enhancing their brand. Can you imagine a $260 Rolex-branded quartz?

I'm guessing these are going to be selling on ebay for at least a grand about as soon as people start walking out of the stores. I don't see them putting these into unlimited production

I think it's the one that is closest to a real model Omega made (other than the moon one). So maybe your wife has good taste.

What a world. This freaking swatch launch may turn in to a date night and hotel for the wife and I and have the kids stay the night at a sitters. Swatch. If you would have told me this at lunch today I would have laughed you out of the room.
