I like them, but they command a premium relative to their watch making chops, imo. I think their movements are off the shelf eta or sellita movements. Which is fine, but not when you're bumping into the low end of Tudor or Breitling.

Edit: just saw the price of that one. Lol, no way I'm getting that over a speedmaster moon watch or Breitling navitimer.

Looks to be priced less than Zenith. The Rolex 116500LN is a grail watch for me that's likely unattainable. This or the Zenith, likely the Zenith, could be suitable subs.

I don't know about profession or cash poor, but I can tell you first hand that not having a kids or wife really makes spending money on wrist clocks a lot easier. (So I'm trying to take advantage of that remaining time while I still can...)

wow, just reached out to my AD where I bought my sub and my friend got a Daytona just a few months ago and they are no longer an AD. that is wild. Only selling used at market prices now. woof.

Yeah, that wouldn't make a ton of sense.

The price already appreciates at a healthy clip over time and demand is high. The Milgauss, Explorer I or Air King would make more sense IMO.

Gmt is my favorite watch i am so glad I got one because I'm priced out of the market now I cant imagine what it will be like if they discontinue it.

Also isn't it one of their most popular watches? Why would they do that?
