Jealous man! What do you think so far?

I really like the idea of a 70hr power reserve. My Rolex Sub doesn't last half that long.

It supposedly comes with a brown leather bracelet, but it looks almost black online. Does it look more brown in person?

Was just curious haha. I keep looking at high end watches and don't want to commit a fashion faux pas because over a 5 figure watch. (I bought an omega years ago and returned it to Costco because it freaked me out having $5k on wrist ha).

Depends on your personal morality.

Those with the highest ethical code wear only leather strap sub40mm no-date pieces.

Most today have come off of that and are okay wearing a metal sport piece like a datejust or a GS snowflake.

But it takes a true degenerate like me to wear a dive watch with a suit.

"Traditionally" dive watches aren't appropriate with a suit. Too bulky and tool-oriented. But I think nowadays most people don't care.

Most people nowadays wear miniature cell phones on their wrist.

If you have an interesting mechanical watch, something you find beautiful, or just a watch that means something to you, you're probably going to have a better watch choice on (with whatever you're wearing) than the vast majority of people today.

I rarely get the full 70 hrs out of my Tudor. If i dont wear it Sat or Sun its dead by Mon morning, i guess im a lazy bum and just dont move around enough. If i wind it fully (80+ spins) itll last the 70 hrs. But after a week of moderately strenuous desk diving, its got only about half reserve left for weekend and doesnt last till Monday.

I like this as a more casual watch with that band. Granted, maybe that's considered dressier now? I don't know. I'm out of date totally on etiquette these days reading some recent replies. I've always considered leather bands more casual than metal bands, but it sounds like I had it backwards.
