It would be awesome if someone came on here and talked about this **** watch they bought off a guy off texags that he thought was great but now realizes it's garbage.

Kinda like that post after FTAC sold a watch to someone on here but opposite.

Just wanted to post about my experience with one of the users here. I purchased a watch from someone on this thread, and I'm very disappointed as the watch was not as described.

-was told it was dull and ugly. As you can see.. it's actually sharp and sophisticated
-was told the briefcase was a vegetable when in fact it's a nice leather watch holder than unzips and gives ample space for storage of watches and accessories for the avid collector
-was told the strap would be cheap and flimsy when I'm reality it is soft, textured, and fitted.
-also the seller told me in person the movement looked cheap, but after research the same movement is in watches valued at 10k and up.
- finally during negotiation, I ended up offering double the asking price and the seller haggled down the price just a little bit more.

Overall, not what I expected

I was legit thinking about buying this and Joe talked me out if it ha. I looked at a bunch online and actually liked it in the real photography and not with his potatocam

This is greatness. I love this thread so much.

Received this last week. Steinhart Ocean One. I liked how the gold/cream of the hands and hour markers can pick up the gold in my Aggie ring.
