Just reading some of the stuff on this case, the verdict isn't all that surprising.
Kind of a tangent, but anyone know how many lifers are left in the office?RPM said:
Is the DA whiffing on big cases because Ogg is an idiot or are her ADAs idiots? Both?
That statement doesn't quite fit the way Ogg leansAgLiving06 said:
Ogg's DA's are getting manhandled of late.
I doubt many. Lykos axed about eleventy billion years of experience and Ogg finished the rest.ChiliBeans said:Kind of a tangent, but anyone know how many lifers are left in the office?RPM said:

Even if it was one-sided which I don't believe it to be, how do you go about claiming self-defense when 1) the incident happened in a public space and Huntley had the option to (but didn't) retreat to and stay in his apartment down the hall and 2) in the middle of the incident, he left his girlfriend alone in the public space with the agitators to go inside the apartment to retrieve a knife. If the standard bar for self-defense is whether a normal person should be reasonably afraid for their life, it just doesn't seem to add up in this case.MAS444 said:
Basically that the dead guy and his group were all effed up and starting ****, trying to start a big rumble, etc.
