They mentioned all the construction/demolition around their location in a statement.

I suspect it's just hard for any modestly priced restaurant to last long on Montrose rent without significant liquor receipts.

Yep. Dropped my son off at home run dugout for a birthday party. Thought I could have stayed there and hung out with a bunch of baseball dads or crush some thicc gulf coast oysters and micheladas. I chose wisely.

I remember oysters at $12 a dozen at Pappa's seafood house in Humble. I took my two sons on New Year's Day to watch bowl games, slurp oysters and drink beers. Great times. Inflation sucks. Things will get better, though. Of that I'm certain. Merry Christmas everyone and BTHOU OSU….
