You're now part of the story. I get that you're pissed you got "community noted" and probably hate "new media" guys like Grant, but come on. Grant reached out to police. He got a source. Tim got on there and said "trust me on this, bro." Would have been pretty easy for Tim to have called DPD and asked the question Tim asked and added that to his story. He didn't. You can speculate as to why all you want. Some folks think it's because it hurt the sensational nature of his report and he wanted the eyeballs. Others think he was working for the Mavs trying to drum up sympathy for Harrison by making the fans look bad. Maybe he's just sloppy and didn't think to go to the police and verify what was being said.

Regardless, it's completely realistic Harrison both got "death threats" and that those weren't worth elevating to police. But calling someone a "wannabe journalist" is going to put you in the ire of Mavs fandom, especially when that wannabe is a beloved dude like Grant.

Agree with this. A couple weeks back they started the show talking about their night out in the French Quarter. How you can turn an interesting premise like that into a mind-numbingly boring conversation, I don't know. But they found a way!

I think the biggest that the ticket had going for them was they were amazing story tellers.

Corby's trip to the airport (not the billionth time after 25 years of listening) is interesting.

These guys are not good story telers.

This is something I've thought for years about Sean & Mino. They are boring and have no charisma and they don't really do anything outside of work. Very uninteresting people. Boring is good and healthy but when you're job is entertainment you need to either be great at the speaking part of be great at the entertaining part; they are good at neither.
