The book saying that 'the average American touches his phone 2,600 times a day" was complete and utter BS though, and nobody really questioned it which bothered me. That's almost three times a minute if you are up for 16 hours a day. And then to back up that claim, Junior says he must've touched his phone 30 times from waking up until getting into the studio...that's not in the same universe as a 2,600/day pace unless he gets to work ten minutes after waking up.Hincemm said:

dude, 5 minutes of scrolling texags you touch it at least 100 times.Ervin Burrell said:The book saying that 'the average American touches his phone 2,600 times a day" was complete and utter BS though, and nobody really questioned it which bothered me. I thought it was a great segment. Really interesting and thoughtful.Hincemm said:

If we're counting each tap of the screen as a touch, then I can see it being that high. In my mind, I was counting picking it up to scroll Texags for a few minutes as one touch. Either way, this is stupid to argue about so as a great man once said, let's move on to something that has some importance to it, if in fact there is anything.Rudyjax said:dude, 5 minutes of scrolling texags you touch it at least 100 times.Ervin Burrell said:The book saying that 'the average American touches his phone 2,600 times a day" was complete and utter BS though, and nobody really questioned it which bothered me. I didn't hear the segment, but picking up your phone is different that touching your phone.Ervin Burrell said:If we're counting each tap of the screen as a touch, then I can see it being that high. Between that and his "and the summers are getting hotter and hotter" my eyes are sore from rolling in the back of my head. He just believes whatever cherry picked stat he reads from his echo chamber of fear mongering mouth breathers.Ervin Burrell said:The book saying that 'the average American touches his phone 2,600 times a day" was complete and utter BS though, and nobody really questioned it which bothered me. It'll be the story of moving into the dorms. I guarantee it.Ervin Burrell said:
Cobra's making the 8 hour trek to Lawrence after the Invasion today - can't wait to hear about how he was in a 50 mile long police chase or had three flat tires on the trip come Monday.
Yeah, instead of a travel trip it'll be how he ran into Eddie Vedder or the Pope while moving his kid in.Rudyjax said:It'll be the story of moving into the dorms. I guarantee it.Ervin Burrell said:

That's super lame. Why couldn't they get one of the tier 2 guys to be the commish?dvldog said:
I think they said that whoever wins is the "commissioner" the following year and doesn't make picks.

Can't believe they are still doing segments about western wear at concerts for the 4th straight day
Wake up early and hear George discuss the SEC like it's a newly formed conference tomorrow morning for the 10th day in a row.FTAco07 said:

Yea that segment is going to suffer without Corby. He was great on it. Losing Dan/Jake and Corby in back to back years may be the death of that segment.
