You're missing out. Hardline has found its footing and is very good now in my opinion. It was rough at the start, but corby and bob work great together and have developed good chemistry. They are the only show I listen to now that the hang zone is gone.
Y'all bag on corby a ton but he's the most entertaining host on the ticket. Does he make some ridiculous and hyperbolic comments at times, sure. And is he too into music which kills some segments. Sure. But bob (and even Dave) calls him out on all this so it's 100x better than when runner was with corby. And all of corby's entertainment outweighs the ridiculous takes he sometimes has. Even just discussing the cowboys or mavs or other sports topics, he's more entertaining than all the other hosts. So it's great to listen to him and bob together.
I usually listen a day behind and fast forward through segments I have no interest in (lame music segments, most trifecta segments, some e news, etc). That helps as well.

Yea it's personable preference. But I definitely think he's the most entertaining. On white elephant day he's great no matter who he is paired with. To argue other hosts are more entertaining is crazy to me. But agree it's personal preference.
1. Bob: he's great and I love listening to his sports talk. He can be underrated sarcastic/funny at times. Perfect straight guy and sports genius to pair with corby.
2. Craig: there is no argument he's more entertaining than corby. He's pretty bad and very generic.
3. George: I love George when he's not with the musers. Great if he's ever on in the afternoon or white elephant. Basically any time he's not paired with Craig and Gordo. But he's always paired with Craig and gordo and this is not very entertaining in my opinion
4. Gordo: I know I'm In the minority but I'm not a huge fan. He's good in small doses. But he takes over every single conversation trying to act like the other hosts said something offensive, etc and trying to kick George in the balls. He plays the fake woke/offended card way too much. I just don't care for it but I know most do. So I can see why people have him above corby. But I don't.
5. Donny: I don't hate Donny but there is no argument that he is more entertaining than Coe y to listen to. I love him when he's with someone like corby or sirois but he struggles when he's not (struggles with Matt)
6. Matt: no argument that he's better than corby.
7. Sean: no argument
8. Mini: no argument.
Hang zone was my favorite show, but they aren't there anymore. So I don't think it's a stretch to say corby is the most entertaining. Please don't tell me you rate Craig and George above corby. They make many more idiotic statements than he does and are just pretty boring to listen to (and don't have bob to carry the sports segments). And I genuinely find corby and bob easy to listen to compared to the other guys. Every host says that he's the most fun to hang out with off air (not just on the ticket but one of the most fun people they know to hang out with) and I think it carries over to the air. Its cool to bag on corby I guess and get mad when he makes some hyperbolic statements.

I think the drivetime shows on the ticket are still as strong as ever. I've only been listening for about 15 years so not a day 1 but the middle chunk needs help. I'll listen to Donnie and Matt about 50% of the time but I'd rather listen to rick roll on repeat than sit through Mino and Sean for 2 hrs.
When Greggo and the Old Gray Wolf were in their primes with yuk monkey Corby it was peak radio. The Musers have been consistently good, but the hardline was untouchable at their best IMO.
I noticed starting this past fall the Hardline really hit its stride. It seemed like Bob took a step back from how he was the past few years which was serious and too eager to wade into politics. Corby too. It does coincide with the arrival of Dave Lane, who has been a really strong addition. I also think Corby and Bob likely got some feedback to lighten up because they are a lot more fun and loose now. The rant revivals are must listen to. Donnie and Matt are really good too.

With recent developments in the local market it's probably a great time to be renegotiating a deal at the ticket.
