Yup. IIRC, numerous people at the station had been trying to contact him and nobody could and it got to the point that they did a welfare check on his home but he wasn't there. Believe he was at his lakehouse (likely on a bender) and lost his phone somehow so he called in late to WTDS from his OnStar. He did one or two segments with Rhynes and Corby at a remote before management called him in to take a drug test...he refused, and the rest is history. Most Big 12 fans hate/are jealous of A&M and want to mock us.
A&M fans don't really care about the Big 12 are more interested in SEC games.
By trolling A&M fans, he gets to position himself as the champion of the Big 12 who mocks those poor aggies. He's not risking losing A&M viewers because we're already watching other games.
When texas and OU leave the Big 12, he will likely mock them as well.
His opinions aren't honest. They're done to promote his career.
Our fans need to learn that when he's outside the booth, he's a troll on par with Skip Bayless and just ignore him.
