We live about 15 minutes southwest of Denton. Just got home from a golf tournament and you could see the wind gusts driving down 114 and all the way down FM 156. The sirens were going off in Justin when I went through, but I think they do that for severe weather and high winds. Don't think anyone will have to worry about tornados tonight.

Water got everything on my covered patio. Even my fans which are 12' up and covered… are wet. It was blowing sideways.

I had my tv covered on patio but I didn't velco the bottom shut... tv is dripping

Hailing at my house in southwest Fort Worth. Everyone in our area including us replaced our roof this summer. Getting tired of the weather here. Either unbearably hot and not a drop of rain for months, or hail.

Rain gauge in north Dallas ad Frankford and Hillcrest area was 1.5" about 30 minutes ago. Decent soaker. Most in months for sure.

Between ~8:30 and 11 we had 3.86" on the Northside of Rockwall. Absolute deluge. Was hoping to spread that out over a whole day for a good soaking but, I won't complain about rain at this point.

Was driving in it and couldn't see anything on 205 or 66. Was seriously concerned that there was going to be flash flood over by city hall.

Not sure what I got here around Coit and Campbell . Figured out that my gauge leaks. Only a year old! It has one job - hold water. How does that happen?

Based on the pool, I would think between 2 and 3 inches.

Wish I could claim "turning into...". Think I might be too old for that. Plus, I don't ever remember my dad caring about the weather...

Could be a commercial though. Irritated that my old gauge died (leaked - how does that happen - it has one job!). Immediately bought a new one.

Old man answer.... Cost less to buy a new one. Did buy a solid glass one this time. Less than 10 bucks.

Flex seal is hit and miss at best imho
