Still have neighbors that haven't finished fixing their roofs from 2 weeks ago. Definitely had a bunch of crews in the neighborhood yesterday trying to get things done

I'm no weather man but I think it has to do with the sun adding energy to the atmosphere and the pattern of the jet stream over our geography

We are in Prosper and our 9 yr old has a soccer game tonight. The league isn't cancelling and saying that the fields only close based on the current situation not on potential. As one of the coaches, we chose to cancel on our own. Ridiculous

Got heavy rain but no hail so far in Oaklawn. Crazy cloud to cloud lightning leading up to it and basically a constant but not terribly close constant thunder. Never heard thunder like that before
