I used David also - Recommended a low cost solution that has been effective at my home.

We also used David Isbon. He recommended a root barrier rather than found work. Solved our problem.

Ha ha ha.....it's not always bad

. Had my inspection done, and it turned out there was nothing that needed correcting. There were some slight elevation differences, but nothing that was outside normal bounds. I was quite relived to find that out.

Do you have a foundation watering system? If not, you'll probably need to get foundation work at some time.

I have a sprinkler system that I make adjustments to as needed depending on the weather, both for my foundation and lawn. It seems to be working for me so far.
