Need some help with this one... trying to come up with some suggestions on where to consider for a December rehearsal dinner to be held in Fort Worth. Willing to consider anywhere in the general area of downtown and the stockyards.

Reata - No idea on cost or minimum though.
La Puertita (Joe T's) - AWESOME venue for this. For a Thursday night event it was a minimum of 60 people with fajita buffet running ~$20.
Pappasitos - Around 60 minimum and ~$22 for a fajita buffet.
Los Vaqueros - Stockyards - On Friday and Saturday night require 75 people and ~$20 for a fajita buffet.

Dos Gringos could also be an option but I don't know any details. I think Angelos has a back room they might make private.

2nd Los Vaqueros

Stockyard's Hotel - catered by H3 Steakhouse.

You get a private room, an atrium area and an outdoor patio plus a bartender.

Great deal.

Had mine at Texas de brazil.

Wine glass was never half empty and everyone still talks about it today. Best rehearsal dinner ever.

Had mine at Papasito's off of 30 and Hulen a couple years ago. Private room, great fajita buffet, margarita mugs and wine glasses were never empty. Very reasonable on price.

My sisters was at reata

they had the downstairs room which was designed to have the view from the old restaurant. The walls had the view of fort worth at night from the old location


iirc, it was a minimum of $1500

so that might be in your range. Plus the food was great

25 people at Reata will run you $1800 pre-tip, unless NO ONE drinks. Just so you know...

Hell 6 people could run you that at Reata if you did it right

Los Vaqueros was great. We had 60-70 people.

We also looked at Reata (only room that could hold 60-70 people was the basement and I didn't like it) and Lonesome Dove (actually had the back room and patio booked, but we opted for more casual).

mine is at papasitos off 30, and I have been to 2 other events there. Always great food, and not too expensive.

Had mine at the Petroleum Club...the ribeye was awesome.
