I moved back to Texas about a 18 months ago. We're renting a house in West SA. We've bought land in Bulverde but are holding off building for now. I've heard good things about Liberty Hill and we might sell our lots and move closer to the Austin side. Good luck in your search.
We love lago vista. But please don't move there.

Liberty Hill is a great place, but it won't be a small town much longer. The growth out there is truly unbelievable. The high school is massive, and they are already planning to build another. I do like the more conservative vibe out that way though.Reload8098 said:

I've spent a lot of time in burnet. I think it's a great town. Still has the small town country feel but can be in cedar park in 35 minutes. Also close to inks and lake Buchanan. If you have to commute into Austin, I forsee 29 being a nightmare in 10 years with lights from subdivisions popping up. Especially as liberty hill explodes. For some reason, even though it's pretty far out there, prices are pretty high. We looked in the Delaware springs neighborhood thinking we could get a deal way out in little old burnet, but dang they are proud of their town.
281 thru marble falls is a bad time. I don't like the feel of the town at all. But that's just me.
Marble Falls is a great town. It's getting expensive fast though.WestTexasAg said:
