There is no dome people! Of all the dumb crap on Texags this is number 1. Let it go. The tropical system went into east Texas and BCS is on the dry side of the system. BCS is above average on rainfall for the year so yalls dome isn't very effective.

The Dome is very real.
Smells so good watching the rain under the protection of the patio cover. I need to turn the sprinkler off.
You are probably, at best , getting half a weeks ET in rain. If you don't have an inch in your gauge tomorrow am you probably got, at best, a week of grace between your best irrigation location in your yard and the worst.

I left Copperfield Pkwy today at 4:58. It started drizzling and then raining pretty good as I ran to my car. Then from there to down Harvey to Highway 30 it was absolutely pouring. Then on highway 30 my wipers were at full speed and wind blowing like crazy. I even saw a car pulled over with their hazards on.
Thought it was some sort of strange twister coming on out of nowhere. Wind blowing hard, leaves flying all across the road. Went through it for a couple of minutes and then took a left off the highway and it let up.

I'm in Rudder Point. It rained in my front yard really good. Not one drop in the back. Seriously.
Poured on us in Enchanted Oaks - off Hwy 30 - got a full inch of rain!
got 1/2" in about 30 minutes at 5pm yesterday
