I played disc golf at Oaks Park in CS yesterday. LOTS were out there playing. Only had one issue and that was the bathrooms were locked middle of the afternoon on a Sunday!!
That's pretty sad. Not surprised from the leadership shown by Bryan's mayor. Actions like this signal it's time to vote out the old guard.

Biased or unbiased the mayors don't make every decision a city makes. There are plenty of paid staff that make decisions all day every day.
