Where's a good place to find vintage cartridges ? I'd like to get my brother in law an old box for his man cave. He collects them.

Ebay, gunbroker, marketplace. I see old boxes all of the time when I peruse the estate sales online too.

I have an old empty metal 8lb dupont imr 4350 can. Is that worth anything?
Also a couple 1lb hodgdon cans and a hercules, but I'm still loading from them

Hops, like a kangaroo hops?
Or Hoppies, rhymes with poppies?

Former for me, never even thought of pronouncing it like the latter until I heard a guy on YouTube pronounce it that way

I'll post something cool I have later, but my MIL hunts with a Remington 760 or 7600 in .270 bought in the 1970s. And since I have known her she has used Federal soft points bought at about the same time. I had that gun in my safe for a few years during a 'transition' for her and shot one group with it. It shot inside 1moa right down the pipe. Weaver adjustable scope that has not been touched or adjusted in 50 years. My wife shot her first deer with it too.

Cool gun but I know she is down to like half a box. But she doesn't really hunt anymore
