Have you held one yet? How are you planning to carry it? I found the regular Hellcat the perfect size, concealable but I'm still able to get a good grip. The Hellcat pro is a little bigger then the Glock 43x and that is a decent sized gun IMO to conceal (but I pocket carry so your requirements may be different). The standard Hellcat drops snugly in my pocket with a pocket holster but I found the pro too big for that. Really you need to hold one back to back, see if they have a holster you can test fit and see what's more comfortable. What I love about the Hellcat is it shoots like a full sized gun but drops in the pocket, or easy IWB etc.

While I have yall, I'm in the market for a 9 mm edc. I currently have a cheap Taurus I carry at the ranch/etc but not gonna trust my life to a $200 pistol. Also have a full size 1911, but no way I'm carrying that thing.
Will need to be concealable on a 5'4", 130# frame.

Buds has a much better deal on the hellcat and you don't have to support carters. I got one recently and it shoots great.

How can I tell if the pro will be too big for my frame?

I think I've narrowed my edc purchase down to a hellcat or p365
