Have a Daniel Defense DDM4V7, would like to put a can on the end of it. Don't want to do a traditional trust, don't want to spend a fortune. Was looking at the DD cans, good reviews it seems.

Suggestions?

Pretty sure this site is run by an Ag. I got a month of paid membership to study up and ended up with a HUXWRX Flow 762 Ti. Love it so far.

I also have a huxwrx 762 ti. Love it so far. I think they have a newer version that uses different mounts. If you're only buying one, just do the one shot trust through Silencer shop. But I bet you'll get more. I did mine with www.texasguntrust.com like many others here. Also 22lr is a blast with a suppressor.

Been thinking about getting a separate 556 can too.

They won't be super quiet on a 5.56 gun.

You will also want more, want every gun you ever shoot to be suppressed, and attempt to bully anyone you shoot with into the same mindset.

I have a .30 cal JK armament. Not what I'd buy today, but I'm glad I have it and am looking to add, not replace.

Buy something that is decently well reviewed and enjoy it. You might want more later, you might be totally happy with one.

+1 for Otter Creek Labs. I run a 6mm Polonium K on my SBR patrol rifle, and have a 30 cal Polonium as well. Priced very competitively for the quality you get.

I have a Surge 762 can that can go on my AR-15 or AR-10. I live it but I really don't shoot enough to justify it. It's just an expensive toy.

If I could stay under a grand, that would be great. I don't shoot enough to spend a ton on one.

I just picked up an aero Lahar 30 on sale from primary arms for less than $500. Some reviews i read online were very positive and it didn't break the bank at all. If you go through a silencer shop affiliate the trust is only $25 so idk why you wouldn't want to just go ahead and do that.

And fyi my other choice would have been the omega 300, it was just really hard to find in stock and was a few hundred more.

This is my first suppressor so I'm not expert or anything but this is what my budget friendly search led me to b

I paid $450 (plus stamp) for my YHM Turbo T2 a couple of years ago, which has now been replaced with the T3. I think it's a great budget option. Although not necessary, I changed out the factory muzzle device with a Q Plan B to save weight, and attach it to Rearden muzzle devices.

Don't know how partial you are to Surefire, but they have a 6mm dedicated suppressor.

ETA: I'd snag a 30 cal can though..more bang for your buck (pun intended)

My boys and I have the Thunderbeast Arms Ultra 7 on our deer rifles and they are awesome....very light weight and very quite on our 6.5 and 308 rifles. I have ordered a Resilient Jolene S through TexCow_Doc and have not shot it yet but he swears by them on his builds...plus the price is $650 which is almost half of the Thunderbeast Ultra 7...

I have a T2 and love it as well. Paid 330 + stamp for mine right before they announced the T3s.
How does you T3 compare?

Id also suggest looking at the diligent defense 30 cal suppressors.

I got a BDE 762 by Primary Weapon Systems and it works on my Grendel, 300 win mag, and 556. It's great! I have the quick disconnect adapter and Lantac dragons on the end of each long gun that it mates to. The Grendel is still crazy accurate with the can. Really impressive.

I ended up going SiCo with the Hybrid 46M as my first can. I have 2 pistons and an ASR on my AR. I can pretty much put it on everything I own and it works great. In all honesty, I wish I had more. Changing everything out is tedious so I pretty much just leave it setup for my pistol and truck rifle. My recommendation is to get multiple out of the gate. Just knock as much out at a time as you can afford to.
