Does anyone have a great experience with a Grizzly outfitter?

This is a loaded question. Are you looking for a coastal grizzly, inland grizzly, or brown bear? All are different size bears and the price will vary quite a bit. Ideally, the best place to go for brown bear is Kamchatka, Russia. I went in 2019, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going right now, given the political turmoil. In fact, the outfitter that I hunted with cancelled the Americans that were scheduled to go earlier this year. It's much cheaper than Alaska and dang near 100% success for a 9'+ brown bear.
I am looking for something in North America.txaggie02 said:

I killed one in the Yukon. But if you want big in NA, I think you should look at Kodiak or coastal Alaska.
I inquired about grizzly bear and moose from a known outfitter in Alaska just a couple of weeks ago. this is spot on sadly.txaggie02 said:arrow said:

Which will have a base price in the $35-40k range with a quality outfitter, not including airfare and guide tip.
Because people will pay it…evidently. Will be interesting to see if/when prices stabilize to start declining on hunts as well as hotels, airfare, etc.shalackin said:
It is all getting crazy on prices. Wonder what the reasons are?a
Limited Permits/Supply?
Fear of government banning things?
Popularity of shows like Meateater?
The need for escapism?
