I'd say you lucked out for sure. You generally don't see wood like that on a SPII unless it's a special order through Joel Etchen Guns.

It's a Cole Custom stock. Cole must have done the barrels as well as when I look up the serial it originally had 26" barrels but now they are 29.5".

Here's a Rizzini "Upland SP" 28 gauge that I got for a steal used. This version with color cased receiver, long guard bow tang, upgraded wood, was an exclusive model to importer William Larkin Moore.
