List the ones you pull out of the safe and get the insta-wood for other than sentimental reasons.

Shotgun: Beretta A400
Rifle: 6.5 Grendel SBR / Suppressed
Pistol: Browning 1911-22 - Threaded

Overall Definitely my S&W 629 Mountain Gun I bought in Anchorage. 44 mag 4 inch barrel. To this day it is still loaded in my closet.
I have a lot more guns worth more but that's my favorite. It would also qualify for last gun I would ever sell. If god forbid I am ever homeless I will be homeless armed with a .44 mag.

Rifle is probably my Walther KKM .22 rifle. Made more special when my then 9 YO son dropped it breaking the 65 year old stock. Fortunately a gunsmith in Copperas Cove did a miraculous job restoring it. It is the best looking rifle I own, has the best trigger, and shoots shockingly accurate groups at 100 yards. Bausch & Lamb scope.

Not a big shotgunner but do have a Benelli Legacy I like a lot. Took it out in the heat last week.

I don't have anything close to a collector's piece. I'd say my favorite is my 4" GP100 in .357. And I do love it!

It was great knowing that those weird guns went to someone who would appreciate them.....

Shotgun: Benelli Nova, but only because it is the only shotgun I own.
Bolt-action rifle: Weatherby Mk XXII (made by Anschutz).
Semi-auto rifle: Steyr AUG, mainly because it is unusual and weird, kinda like me.
Pistol: HK P7, birthday gift from wife, but not listed because of sentimental reasons. It really is my favorite.
Revolver: S&W 63.

But my most fun gun might be my 10/22 with binary trigger and 25 round mags. That thing is a hoot-and-a-half.....

And I say stupid in the most positive way possible. Stupid as in.... I picked up some rather unique things from you.

I love my 1948 Browning Sweet Sixteen. It's definitely not collector quality but shoots like a dream. Wish I could meet the folks that handled it over the years when I take it out shooting. If the scratches and nicks could talk!

My 4" 629 .44 mag Mountain Gun was at the top of my list for a good while. Liked it so much I bought a 4" 625 MG in .45 Colt, so now it has competition.

For rifles I guess it's a Weatherby Mark V in .270 Win. One of the first ones Wby made after relocating to Sheridan WY. It's light, handles well, and is the first rifle I've owned that shot a sub moa group with the first handload I tried with it, a reduced load I used during barrel break in.

I had a feeling a lot of people would post revolvers among their favorites. People always seem to have a special fondness of them.

Rifle: Ruger M77 25-06 with old school Leupold 3-9x. I hit anything I'm shooting at with it.

Pistol: Ruger Redhawk 44mag. Have taken several deer with it and countless jackrabbits. It's a very early build. I think I bought it in 1982. I know my mom had to go with me to pick it up so she could sign for it because I was about 16yo at the time.

Shotgun: Not a scattergun shooter so I'm not really attached to any of my shotguns.

Honorable mention: Ruger 10-22 stainless fat barrel target rifle with Leupold 4-12x. This replaced one of my most treasured that got stolen - Winchester 9422 with 2-7x Leupold on sight-thru mounts. It was my varmint gun as a kid and it makes me tear up thinking of all the fun I had with that little rifle. I shot lots of fox, ringtails, and coons with that rifle back when you could sell pelts to the traveling buyers.

I have newer guns, but there is something about family guns that do it for me.

Shotgun: 870 Wingmaster 12g I got after my grandfather passed. I feel connected with him every time I use it. I also shoot better with it than my SX4 and A400 Xplor.

Rifle: Winchester 9422M my dad bought in HS. It's my absolute favorite gun to shoot and always has been since I was a kid.

I nearly put my p7 on the list. It is niiiice but I don't go out of the way to shoot it like I do others. I do get warm fuzzies when I get it out, however.
