You have no live grass around that. I would spray it with roundup 2 oz per gallon and smoke it.

I've had good luck spot-spraying with glyphosate while it is still green, but bermuda is/almost dormant. None comes back in the spring. Spraying dallisgrass in the spring or early summer almost never completely kills it without destroying everything around it.
