Bucky McMillan’s second offseason at the helm of Texas A&M is essentially complete.

This year, he didn’t have to build up an entire roster from scratch, hire a whole coaching staff and manage his first power conference head coaching job while learning on the fly.

This offseason, McMillan and his staff were surgical, locking up key returners for the right price, adding top-end portal talent and building this roster with the perfect pieces that fit their vision.
