I got on their mailing list, so I assume I've bought from them at some point. I don't remember what, though.

Bad experience/ bad customer service, or just better options out there? I was more looking for a review on the product, but this is definitely still applicable.

Crap company riding the similarity to Daniel Defense name selling crap parts. I have made a killing on fixing ARs with their parts kits.... it's like a game... how much chinesium and bear creek can you stuff into one rifle kit?

Great description lol! Thanks for clarifying.

To put it into perspective... last one that came in... ended up needing new barrel, handguard, gas block, muzzle brake, rebuild on the BCG, and buffer tube. Customer ended up spending about $500 on the rebuild. That $450 rifle kit ended up costing him more than one of my builds.

They are well known on arfcom for putting out crap. Probably the brand that pops up with problems ranging from customer service and wait times to just poor product and materials.
