I live just a couple minutes from your store and have heard nothing of break-ins and increased organized crime. Maybe when talking to your sources of information in LE, it would be beneficial to suggest that they broadcast the heightened level of risk to the rest of the community as well. I hope your store stays safe.

I don't think its increased crime in general, but multiple pawn shops and gun stores (even ones not in the path of riots) have been hit recently.

Criminals appear to be taking advantage of cops being busy/stretched and hitting gun shops.

Yeah, downtown the stuff is more random but I am personally of the opinion that the gun hit arent' directly the rioters but locals that are taking advantage of the lighter police presence and hitting gun stores. I mentioned that to one of the officers that came in and he felt the same way.
