long term safe queen of my dads...i would call it 80-90% .... has some rusting on the hammer.... I would call everything else 95%......no clue on round count...... i know it hasnt been shot in 5+ yrs.

I can get approx values but I run into these notes that older guns can be 25% more due to ability to be converted to what I guessing is ..... old time western shooters??????? Curious to hear some thoughts on this.

I would say somewhere between $650 and 1k depending if it is a "three screw" and if it has been converted to have a hammer bar safety.
