Good looking gun. Just the wrong time of year.

I'm still looking to unload a Springfield XD40. Standard package with 2 mags. Low round count (less than 200). I have 900 rounds of range type ammo available with it along with one box of personal defense stuff.

Would prefer to trade for a 9mm semiauto pistol and/or 9mm ammunition. Open to offers. Dollar-wise for trade value, I'm thinking $375 for the pistol and $.62 per round for the ammo.

Open to suggestions if I'm off on my estimations above.

So I am just curious if yall would make this trade.

I have a 1994 Sig 226 Eloctroless Nickel pistol unfired.

Guy has a 1924 Winchester 92 in 25-20, prefect restoration. Perfect.


I have never bought a restoration rifle, but I would probably shoot that one. Why not shoot a restoration?? I would never fire that 226 and I need some new guns to shoot.

That depends on the quality of the restoration. If you want it just to shoot, no worries, make sure it's safe and have a blast. My dad has that same vintage rifle and I LOVE it. Ammo may be an issue, but not impossible to find. If you want it as an investment, keep a detailed eye of the work done and negotiate accordingly.

Yea I dont think I would ever buy a restoration piece as an investment no matter what I was buying. I know some do, but I always want them to be all original.

I would buy it to shoot, which reall means I dont need one that has been restored. But it is pretty. Really pretty.

I will probably not do it. Not sure he would go for it either. He thinks his gun is worth more than my gun on the open market and he is probably right.

Well anything is only really worth what each individual is willing to give up for it anyway, so what's it worth to YOU?

Can you not find them new? I picked one up about 6 months ago.

Don't know how set you are set on the M17 but I had both it and an X-5. The X-5 is definitely a better gun for the range IMO. The M17 was a good gun but I like the flat trigger and grip better on the X-5. Unfortunately I just sold the M17 a couple of weeks ago so I'm no help there.

What's your budget? I have two arsenals I'm looking to move

Looking to sell this upper already. I got carried away after a couple cocktails and bought another 300blk complete AR pistol, so I don't have a need for this anymore.

7.5" Ballistic Advantage barrel
1x7 twist
Midwest Industries M-LOK combat rail
Midwest Industries muzzle brake
All black

Charging handle and BCG not included. Just for clarity.
