So I am just curious if yall would make this trade.
I have a 1994 Sig 226 Eloctroless Nickel pistol unfired.
Guy has a 1924 Winchester 92 in 25-20, prefect restoration. Perfect.
I have never bought a restoration rifle, but I would probably shoot that one. Why not shoot a reproduction?? I would never fire that 226 and I need some new guns to shoot.
I dont know.
Yea I dont think I would ever buy a restoration piece as an investment no matter what I was buying. I know some do, but I always want them to be all original.src94 said:
That depends on the quality of the restoration. If you want it just to shoot, no worries, make sure it's safe and have a blast. My dad has that same vintage rifle and I LOVE it. Ammo may be an issue, but not impossible to find. If you want it as an investment, keep a detailed eye of the work done and negotiate accordingly.
$900. Will come with a romanian military bakelite grip instead of the hogue. Think I have a romanian bayonet I can dig out.Aggie118 said:
Let me know if you'd consider selling it for cash outright instead of a trade. Thanks!

.300 Blackout upper for sale, just purchased from TheEyeGuy himself. Like a week ago!
Looking to sell this upper already. I got carried away after a couple cocktails and bought another 300blk complete AR pistol, so I don't have a need for this anymore.
7.5" Ballistic Advantage barrel
1x7 twist
Midwest Industries MLOK combat rail
Comes with a muzzle brake, but not sure of the brand
All black
Charging handle and BCG not included. Just for clarity.
Pics on request, or I may try to add them here later. Located in Houston, but willing to ship.
Asking $500. Paid more, but realize that it is no longer "new". Has had about 20 rounds through it.

**If I'm posting this in the wrong place, let me know gently. I realize that the thread title is gun trading, but I'm not really interested in a trade and I didn't want to clutter the board with my own thread.

tossing around selling my scar 17 in fde. has a geissle trigger, midwest industries extended rail and 5 mags. im not going to be generous on the price, havent shot it in over a year and its taking up space at this point.
He impulse bought a second upper. Not something I could just take back and sell as new so the price he has is a fair amount under a new one. Keep in mind, the only reason I built an upper for him is that it was in addition to a full gun. Just a new upper probably would run about $650 or so by itself.Aggieangler93 said:
Understood and no problem, will do.
