In 1986-1987 There was a Texas A&M Commemorative Colt 1911 "Spirit of Aggieland" offered in limited numbers. It was sold through Burdett and Son Outdoor Sports in College Station. Only around 100 were offered.
In those years there was no way I could afford one but would like to add one to my collection now. If anybody knows of one that might could be available please let me know. TIA.

the gun is completely original and has not been refinished, it does have a slight bulge at the end of the barrel which it has had since I got it but it does not seem to affect the accuracy.

Both of the XD pistols have the 3-inch barrels.
