Long shot, but several months there was a Ruger Super Redhawk in 44 mag with a scope that was posted on this thread. That gun is sold and gone, but it peaked my interest.

Does anyone have one they're looking to sell either with or without a scope?

You will probably find that you like the trigger on a super blackhawk better.

This is a gun I want. I made the mistake of turning one of these down about 15 years ago for about $1500. Though I am not sure he would have actually sold it to me.

We used to take it to the range in Alaska along with a BAR and shot thousands of rounds thru both of them. I would take the DP-28 over the BAR. Or just about any other gun I have ever shot.

I cant remember exactly how many the pan holds, but it was in the 60 shot range. 7.62 x 54r coming out like a maybe a 22 mag or hornet. We had two magazines. Easy easy gun to shoot very accurately very quickly with really good accuracy.


These were put together in Texas I believe. If anyone has one I am interested.

I have a custom built AR in 6mm ARC. Favorite gun I own, super accurate and exceptional range. Don't know why anyone would want a bolt action over the semiautomatic quite frankly, unless laws where you live won't allow it.

I have 223/556 ARs in every configuration possible...I also have multiple bolt actions in the same cartridge.

I finally cobbled together an AR in 6mmARC...now I want a bolt action. I like bolt actions...they're more fun to shoot and I think it'd be a good deer/coyote gun for my son.

you should also look at a 325 as it is the same model, but Scandium frame. very lightweight. I have a 325PD that weighs about the same as a Glock 19 unloaded.

In all seriousness, those are like good S&W revolvers. Really hard to find and you pay when you see them. Saw one sell locally the other day for $1000. Ten years ago they were $250 in any pawnshop you walked into.

Glad to hear you like that gun. That was a hunter's gun that was stuck in a safe.

What are you shooting out of it?

Cor-loks. I did a bit of work to it and put a Williams sight in it. Shoots as good as I can with open sights now.

The peep sight is kinda cheating but I won't scope a 30-30.

No I wouldn't either. That gun doesn't need a scope.

My 336 has one and the only reason I don't pull it off is it is dead nails with the scope. That and the side ejection. Not sure that old 94 model would handle one too well even if it is drilled for one. I am sure it does well with a peep sight.

Edit- I do have a 94 in .375 WInchester that is best I can tell unfired. I have been collecting ammo for it for about a decade now. This may be the year I bring it out.

My first rifle was a Winchester 94 30-30. ****head cousin stole it from our hunting camp.

Pulsing again if anyone is looking to sell a youth or compact 243 or 25-06...in DFW and San Angelo some but will be down in BCS for a game at some pt in October.
