I wonder if FBI agents can lie to cops. After all, if the fbi can't get people on the real crime, they get them for lame process crimes.

Well looks like the system might work. The Einstein was just arrested and charged with 2nd deg assault. A felony. Could be seriously upgraded pending blood test.
His career is over big time and he prolly faces jail time
