over 2.5 inches just a few miles west of Lockhart in Caldwell County. It came down pretty quickly so hoping it ran a little water to fill some tanks up.

In Cherokee I had a 6" gauge run over last night in addition to the 1-1/5" we got yesterday.

Creek is running good! Thank you Lord.

Not the entire Hill Country. We've gotten 1" in Bandera Co total the past week.

Woodway - currently sitting at 2.1" for the day, with another .5 to 1" expected. We had .75" earlier in the week and the forecast for Friday through Monday calls for another 1 to 1.5".

It's been at least 3 years since we've had a rainfall event like this.

Getting close to 7" at my house since last Monday.

My driveway likes to flood. After really heavy rains, water usually pools and can remain for several days. After 2.25" Friday night, there still wasn't a drop left in the driveway Saturday morning.

Also, Lake Waco went from 12' below normal last week to 3'+ above normal as of last reading. This was the rain event we desperately needed.

I hope other areas are fairing as well. The other major lakes in the area, looks like Whitney is still a few feet low, and Belton is 16' low.

Travis is up almost 5 feet over the last week. It's a start. Need a couple more feet just to open the last resort boat ramp at pace bend.

Got caught by this last week. Then had a lightning strike hit the ridge I had just cone around about 10 minutes before as I was working back down switchbacks when the rain hit my side of the valley. Lots of lightning.

I've had about 10" in the past month at my house.

The mosquitoes that were not around for the past 3 years due to the drought have all appeared. Can't going outside without being swarmed by them.

Neighbors rain gauge showed 3.2 inches of rain received overnight in north central San Antonio. We haven't had that much rain in a 6-hour window in several years.
