I hear you, both of our were small. Just landed in Alabama, and the ride out of Houston was fine, but the flight and descent into Huntsville sucked. Coming into Houston earlier was not bad, surprisingly enough.

Wharton county has had 2-15" so far today and they had 2-7" last week. I have a buddy south of El campo that has had 20" in the last 10 days. So tired of this crap. 5th year in a row for flooding outside of Houston. Houston has been hammered as well but this is away from any major urban effect on flooding.

Man, it is raining so much down towards Richmond, Wharton and El Campo they ought to grow rice down there. Too bad they have plowed under so many rice fields to build subdivisions. And then we wonder why they flood...

We got another 12" of rain in 8 hours last night. Coe is still releasing 45k cfs upstream too so we started high. Fortunately it did not rain that much upriver. Praying for those downriver and hoping for no more rain upriver for a long time.

rest on the insults, orders and demands, we can joke about sending water west etc without people getting pissed about it.

No one here is wishing flood or drought or other harm on any aggie.
